- Short arms make it difficult for him to shed to the football

“Channing Tindall is the kind of linebacker that will develop into a fan favourite at the next level, and people will look back and wonder why he wasn’t considered a better prospect through the NFL Draft process. Perhaps playing in the shadow of some explosive teammates at Georgia, Tindall doesn’t quite possess the hair-raising burst and agility. But he’s far from sluggish across the field as proved by his insane combine numbers, and he’s as reliable as any linebacker in this class when it comes to his tackling proficiency and gap integrity. He has a nose for the backfield and can shoot gaps and blitz from the interior, but I’m pretty sure his days rushing off the edge are numbered. Tindall can make improvements in the passing game, but projects as a future starting middle linebacker - and will offer immediate value as a core special teams contributor.”
