The Chiefs are coming off an opening day loss to the Detroit Lions but are favoured on the road against a sound Jaguars team. With Travis Kelce expected to be back, the line is very enticing at -2.5, which basically means the Chiefs need to win by at least a field goal. They stuck around with the Lions despite missing their key target and if Kadarius Toney had caught any of his dropped passes then the Chiefs could have come away with the win.

We know what the game plan for the Falcons and head coach Arthur Smith is. Run the damn ball! With two rushing touchdowns and a passing touchdown for rookie running back Bijan Robinson, the Falcons set out what to expect of them in 2023. The Packers ranked 31st in the NFL in run defense in 2022, so the Falcons will fancy their chances even as a moneyline bet. But, the Packers like to run the ball too and this could well be a rushing battle that sees a low points total.
New Enlgand hung around with the Eagles, limiting their offence much more than anyone expected. Meanwhile the Dolphins offence was humming in their win against the Chargers which saw a magnificent display form Tua and Tyreek Hill. The Dolphins offense should have enough to deal with the Patriots who are a much better defense than the Dolphins face in week 1, but, you have to fancy their chances at only -2.5 favourites.
