- Fluid mover and comfortable working in space – confident in a zone blocking scheme
- Has the wheels to pull and lead block, get upfield and clear lanes
- Plays with good leverage and can seal the backside effectively when forced to dig his heels in

Con's:
- Arms and hands in pass pro don’t show the same urgency as his feet – slow and low on contact
- Nervous about being beaten to the edge and oversets, leaving his inside vulnerable
- Tapered lower half and could ideally have more sand in his pants for a stouter anchor
- Doesn’t blow people away with his first strike; more a gradual increase of power through engagement
- Want a little more aggression in his demeanour
The Verdict:
“With experience at both spots on the right side of the Badger’s o-line, Logan Bruss acquitted himself very well in Wisconsin’s classic run heavy scheme. A mixture of power and move concepts in the playbook, Bruss comes as quite the versatile lineman, but maybe projecting a favoured position for him at the next level is a little tricky. I think I prefer him on the outside where he can clean up some technique flaws and parlay his athleticism and arm strength with success, rather than being put in a phone booth and asked to move bodies with modest core strength. Ultimately, the tape shows a prospect with an all-round game that doesn’t particularly have elite traits in any category but can operate a number of roles sufficiently - that’s ideal backup material in the NFL.”
