Fantasy Football: PPR Wide Receiver Rankings
When it comes to redraft fantasy football leagues getting your pre-draft rankings correct can be the difference between ending the season a winner or playing the “what if” game. In PPR formats the value shifts heavily to the reliable wide receivers when it comes to redraft rankings. Not only do those players have a safe floor, but the PPR format means that they also have a high ceiling week-to-week as well.
Those rankings make decisions on draft day easier, especially if you decide to use a tiers system. It then becomes easy to scan across all of the positions and determine which position is the one you need to take with each selection before the next drop off in talent occurs. If there are still five players left in your tier of quarterbacks and you have four selections between you and your next pick, you can look somewhere else, knowing that a player of equal talent will still be available at your next pick.
The 2020 non-PPR redraft wide receiver rankings below are based off of a standard league set up of:
- 1 point per reception
- 6 points per rushing or receiving touchdown
- 0.1 points per rushing or receiving yard
